Week Nine: The Unexpected Waiting
Passage: Mark 5:21-43
Summary: The woman and Jairus are both in great need of Jesus’ help. Both find themselves waiting longer than expected. The woman waited 12 years and Jairus’ daughter dies before Jesus arrives so she might be raised from the dead. Both have faith that Jesus can heal, while both also don’t receive God’s help in their own perceive best timing. However, because of the ‘delay’ both get more than what they expected. Jesus’ timing is perfect and his work is better than you might expect.
Jesus’ work is never late
