Tim Patton

Executive Pastor

With a background in Spanish and Accounting Tim started his career in a Big 4 CPA firm and worked there for 5 years until God called him into vocational ministry where he has been serving the last 10 years as an Executive Pastor. Tim's passion is in the hybrid of business and ministry coming together to further Jesus' kingdom through the local church. Yes, his love language is spreadsheets, but he's the last guy you'd think was an accountant when you meet him. He lives in Carnation with his wife Sarah, their five children, his mother-in-law, and dog Jovie.

Donald Zimmerman

Originally from NV, Donald has led artists and musicians in the local church for 20 years. He's led in church plants and multi-site church contexts and currently coaches arts leaders all over the country.  He and his wife Kelly live in Woodinville with their two kids and enjoy eating out, live music, and Mexican food.

Justin Kim

Generations Discipleship Pastor

Justin grew up on the East Coast, but his calling and ministry has led him to experience life in some of the most beautiful places in the country. Prior to coming to Doxa, he served in churches located in Southern California, Seattle, Orlando, and in the Washington, D.C. area. He loved Seattle so much that he and his family moved back! Justin enjoys spending time with his family, reading, hiking, mountain biking, and rooting for his favorite hockey team. Justin is happily married to Virginia and they have four kids and a maltese poodle.

Alison Martin

Director of Missional Communities

As a Canadian who grew up overseas and then immigrated to the U.S., Alison is passionate about making newcomers feel welcomed and at home. She is your go-to person for next steps to get plugged in at Doxa or to learn about serving opportunities in the community. Alison lives in Redmond with her husband Brian and their twin sons and daughter. They enjoy boating, cooking, and checking out local restaurants, wineries and breweries.

Justin Hugus

Director of Technology

After spending 5 years as a Nashville-based touring audio engineer and production manager, Justin, and his wife, Heidi, relocated to the Seattle area in 2016 to be a part of Doxa.  In his free time, Justin usually tries to get lost taking pictures in the mountains, but so far hasn’t succeeded.

Lindsey Bayne

Director of Kids Ministry

Growing up in Southern California, you could always find Lindsey with a baby doll, in the pool or at the beach. Serving in her church nursery and babysitting, Lindsey’s passion for discipling kids started at a young age. She has worked with kids of all ages for the past 18 years in all different types of settings, from California to Texas. She now lives in Sammamish with her husband, two sons, and her parents. She enjoys cooking, sports, water, and the sunshine.

Send her a message below if you'd like to learn more about making disciples with our kids!

Linda Taggart

Hospitality Coordinator

As a pastor’s kid, Linda grew up in the church Fellowship Hall feasting on potluck fare. Her experiences living abroad and around the US deepened her belief in the power of church community and the joy of living within the abundance of God’s hospitality. Knowing that individuals can better enter God’s presence when they feel comfortable, her desire is to make God’s house welcoming and homey for all who enter. Linda lives with her husband, two children, and 3 goldendoodles in Bellevue where they enjoy boating, gardening, and exploring God’s beautiful creation.

Are you a baker or enjoy serving people? Do you have a knack for greeting people and making them feel welcomed and appreciated? Do you have a strong sense for protecting people? Message Linda below and she’ll help you find the right Hospitality Team for you!

Elders

Doxa is led by a team of qualified elders.

Doxa is an elder-led church. All elders have walked through a theological, marital, and character assessment, regardless of their previous position or title prior to serving at Doxa. Our elders are responsible for all decisions relating to theology, shepherding, and vision.
